Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing time may extend to 3-4 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations

United States

We ship to all 50 states. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may require additional shipping time.

Canada

Shipping Restrictions

Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address

All shipments require an adult signature (21+ in some jurisdictions). The delivery driver may ask for identification to verify your age. If no adult is available to sign for the package, it will be held at the local carrier facility for pickup or redelivery.
