Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing time may extend to 3-4 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations

United States

We ship to all 50 states. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may require additional shipping time.

Canada

We ship to most Canadian provinces. International shipping rates and delivery times apply. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees.

International

Limited international shipping is available to select countries. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Please check your local laws regarding the import of adult products.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to legal restrictions and carrier policies, we cannot ship to the following:

• P.O. Boxes for certain shipping methods (Express and Overnight)
• Some international locations with strict import laws
• Military addresses (APO/FPO) for international orders
• Areas where adult products are prohibited by local law

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package using the carrier's website or by logging into your The O Gallery account. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact our customer service team. We will work with the carrier to locate your package. If the package cannot be found, we will either reship your order or provide a full refund.

Incorrect Address

If you provide an incorrect shipping address and your package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for address corrections.

Package Damage

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged package and contents. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Age Verification for Delivery

All shipments require an adult signature (21+ in some jurisdictions). The delivery driver may ask for identification to verify your age. If no adult is available to sign for the package, it will be held at the local carrier facility for pickup or redelivery.

Climate Considerations

Some products may be sensitive to extreme temperatures. During very hot or cold weather, we recommend having your package delivered to an address where it can be received promptly to prevent potential damage from temperature exposure.
