How to Initiate a Return

  4. Ship the Return: Use the provided prepaid shipping label or arrange your own shipping. Obtain proof of delivery when shipping.
  5. Wait for Processing: Once received, returns are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused and in original, unopened packaging
  • All seals, tags, and protective coverings must be intact
  • Items must be free from damage, stains, or odors

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the following situations:

Exchanges are processed as returns with a new order placed for the replacement item. This ensures you get the correct product as quickly as possible.
