Return Eligibility
What Can Be Returned?
- Unopened products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery
- Defective or damaged products (regardless of whether opened)
- Incorrect items received (wrong product, size, or color)
- Lingerie and clothing items with original tags attached
What Cannot Be Returned?
- Opened or used adult toys and pleasure products
- Personal lubricants and consumables
- Lingerie and clothing items without original tags or that have been worn
- Clearance items or final sale products
- Gift cards or downloadable content
Return Timeframes
Standard Returns
30 days from delivery date for unopened products
Defective Products
60 days from delivery date for manufacturing defects
Lingerie and Clothing
14 days from delivery date, tags must be attached
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Customer Service: Email returns@theogallery.com or call 1-800-324-4433 with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Return Authorization: Our team will provide a return authorization number and detailed instructions for returning your item(s).
- Package Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging if possible. Include the return authorization form and any documentation provided.
- Ship the Return: Use the provided prepaid shipping label or arrange your own shipping. Obtain proof of delivery when shipping.
- Wait for Processing: Once received, returns are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Products must be unused and in original, unopened packaging
- All seals, tags, and protective coverings must be intact
- Items must be free from damage, stains, or odors
- Original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
- Returns must be shipped in appropriate protective packaging
Refund Process
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:
- Credit/debit cards: 5-7 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days to appear in your account
- Gift cards: Refunds issued as store credit
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Item is not in its original condition or packaging
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Return shipping costs may be deducted if the return doesn't qualify for our prepaid label program
Store Credit Option
For returns outside the standard timeframe, we may offer store credit as an alternative. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the following situations:
- Wrong item received
- Defective product replacement
- Size exchanges for lingerie and clothing (within 14 days, tags attached)
Exchanges are processed as returns with a new order placed for the replacement item. This ensures you get the correct product as quickly as possible.
Defective Product Policy
If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately:
- Defective products can be returned regardless of whether they've been opened
- We require photos or videos demonstrating the defect
- Defective items will be replaced with the same product or refunded
- Return shipping is free for defective products
Warranty Information
Many of our products come with manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims are handled directly with the manufacturer but our customer service team can assist you with the process. Keep your original packaging and receipt for warranty purposes.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Do not discard the original packaging
- Contact customer service immediately for assistance
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
